摘要
分别对溴化法、色谱法、分子蒸馏法、溶剂选择结晶法和配合法进行了评述。溴化法所用试剂昂贵,胆甾醇收率低;色谱法溶剂用量大,柱负荷低;分子蒸馏法对设备和操作条件要求高;溶剂结晶法和无机盐配合法的实用性较强。溶剂结晶法的胆甾醇收率较高,但对原料和工艺控制要求较高;无机盐配合法过程较简单,容易操作与控制,对原料要求低,是一种较好的胆甾醇提取方法。
Various methods used for extracting cholesterol from lanolin alcohol such as bromination, chromatography, molecular distillation, selective solvent crystallization and complexing were reviewed. The reagent used for hromination method is expensive, and the yield of cholesterol is low. The amount of solvent is large, and the column capacity is low for the chromatography method. The requirements for equipment and technological condition are high for the molecular distillation. The methods of selective solvent crystallization and complexing with inorganic salt method are more appricable for practice. However, although the selective solvent crystallization can offer a higher yield, the requirement for the raw material and control are high; while the complexing method seems a better alternative.
