摘要
针对数控加工中数控机床、刀具系统、工件,设计了以温度、振动、表面粗糙度、噪声、力、速度等为主要监控参数的在线监测系统。应用最新的L abV IEW虚拟设计软件,完成了测试虚拟仪器的设计;以A SP网络技术构建了数控加工过程的虚拟在线监测系统平台。
In light of the machine tool ,the cutter system and the workpiece in the numerical control machining,this paper designed the on line monitoring system, which make the temperature, vibration, surface roughness, velocity as the main monitored parameters. The research accomplished the design of the virtual testing instrument by using the latest LabVIEW virtual software, and set up the virtual on-line monitoring system platform in the numerical control machining process with the ASP network technology.
