口腔颌面外科手术患者围手术期血糖及相关激素的变化

PERIOPERATIVE CHANGES OF PLASMIC CLUCOSE AND RELEVANT HORMONES IN ORAL SURGERY PATIENTS

对１８例口腔颌面外科住院患者围手术期血糖、血浆胰岛素（ＩＮＳ）、胰高血糖素（Ｇｌｕｃａｇｏｎ）及皮质醇（Ｃｏｒｔｉｓｏｌ）的变化进行了观测。术后１～３天，患者仍处于应激状态，但ＩＳＮ／Ｇｌｕｃａｇｏｎ比值开始升高，并于手术后３天达到高峰。表明此期机体由分解代谢状态转入合成代谢状态，是机体恢复及创口愈合的关键阶段。术后应用地塞米松可能会对内分泌及代谢产生影响。

The perioperative changes of glucose,insulin,glucagon and cortisol in the plasma in 18 cases of oral surgery were determined. On days l￣3 after surgery,the operated patients produced stress response. But insulin/glucagon ratio became higher than that before operation,and reached its peak on the third day after operation.The phenominon suggested that metabolism began to transform catabolism into anabolism and that the period was the pivotal stage for wound healing and recovery of the patients.Application of dexamethasone after surgery may put some effects on endocrine and metabolism.
