摘要
目的：了解减肥药物的不良反应，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对1980～2004年国内、外公开发行的62种医药期刊报道的减肥药物致药品不良反应（ADR）462例进行分类统计、分析。结果：由拟5-羟色胺食欲抑制药引发的ADR较多．占总例数的36．36％；ADR涉及人体多个系统，尤以心血管系统所占比例最大，占总例数的53．68％；预后的死亡率，占总例数的18．61％。结论：减肥药物致ADR的发生与多种因素有关，医务工作者应加强减肥药物的用药指导及监测，以避免不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE： To study the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by weight-reducing drugs and to provide references for rational administration in clinics.METHODS. Classification statistic and analysis were conducted on 462 cases with weight - reducing drug - induced ADRs reported in 62 kinds of domestic and overseas medicinal periodicals published during the period af 1980 - 2004,RESULTS：With pseudo-5-HTA appetite- suppressing drugs showing the high incidence of ADRs, which stood at 36.36% of the total, Multi - systems were involved in ADRs, with the cardiovascular system showing the highest proportion（53.68%） .The prognostic mortality accounted for 18.61% of the total.CONCLUSION： ADRs induced by weight- reducing drugs were associated with many factors, to avoid the occurrences of which, medical workers should give more directions and monitoring on administration of drugs.
