首批香港居民獲得中國專利代理人執業證書

First Group of Hong Kong Residents Conferred Chinese Patent Attorney Practice Certificate

2004年CEPA（内地与香港关于建立更紧密经营关系的安排）实施后，对知识产权代理行业的服务也开始向香港居民开放，其中允许香港特别行政区永久居民中的中国公民参加中国专利代理人资格考试，在考取“专利代理人资格证书”后，需要在内地批准设立的专利代理机构实习一年。

Since 2004 when the Closer Economic Partnership Agreement （CEPA） came into effect, the intellectual property agency service industry has been open to the Hong Kong residents. The Chinese citizens of the permanent residents of the Hong Kong SAR are now allowed to take the national patent attorney qualification exam. Those who pass the exam and are conferred the Chinese Patent Attorney Qualification Certificate need to work as trainees for a year in patent agency set up with the approval in the mainland.
