Based on the author's practical experience in using the DT2821 interface card, the function, the composition and the design ideas of DT2821 board are introduced. It don't contine itself to the significance of each control word and the specific programming procedure. Therefore, it benefits customers at home to design and develop the new generation of A/D and D/A interface cards, and helps the users of DT2821 board understand the working principle of this system so as to utilize and develop it in a right way. The users' manual is supplemented and some mistake s in the manual are Corrected. The introduction of DMA interface is of value to the users using DMA Channel of PC sets, because data of this aspects is scarce. The use of Turbo Pascsl Language of more than 4.0 Editions is recommended. It can Shorten the cycle of developing software and enhacing the operational speed of a programme.
