中国对外反倾销应该针对下游产品

至今,我国发起的39起反倾销案件中,32起是针对上游产品的反倾销。从我国的基本国情来看,这是不利于我国经济的长远发展的。希望以后的反倾销要遵守公共利益原则,考虑整体利益;反倾销要看对象,不是存在倾销就要进行反倾销;多关注下游产业(消费品市场)的倾销情况。
