摘要
桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺癌临床上并不少见，由于两者关系及桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺癌病因不清，故术前诊断存在困难。手术方式与单纯甲状腺癌有所区别．本文报告３９例，随访２６例，术后３年死于复发和其他疾病１２例；存活１４例。１３例术后发生甲状腺功能低下，仅１例未出现明显甲状腺功能低下。
Hashimoto's disease complicated by thyroid cancer is not uncommon.The relations between Hashimoto's disease and thyroid cancer and the exiology of Hashimoto's disease complicated by thyroid cancer is obscure,therefore,it is more difficult to make diagnose before operation.The types of operation on this disease are different from thyroid cancer.This paper reports 39 patients with Hashimoto's disease complicated by thyroid cancer.26 were followed up in the third postoperative year,12 of whom died of cancer recurrence and other diseases,14 survive.13 present thyroid dysfunction.
