摘要
我国企业在建设CIS,尤其是MI时存在一定的误区。为此,企业在导入MI时应认识到:MI是企业的灵魂;它兼具独特性与共识性;需要向内向外的传播;它的制定应有重点;需要与时俱进。
The paper analyses when Chinese enterprises organize MI, they would be conscious of the following five problems:MI is the enterprise's soul; It has beth unique and general characters; MI should be communicated both in and out of corporations; Enterprises should make the MI key points stand out ; MI needs to keep pace with the times.
