摘要
石灰石喷粉烟气脱硫已被众多的研究者公认为是一项有效的SO_2控制技术,而用加压水合石灰代替石灰石则在许多国家引起了巨大兴趣。本文简要介绍了加压水合设备以及工艺条件的研究结果。以加压水合的产物、常压消石灰和生石灰分别进行的喷粉实验表明,加压水合物脱硫效率最高,有广阔的应用前景。
Limestone Injection Flue Gas Desulfurization is deemed by many researchers as an effective SO_2 control technology, and the use of pressure hydrate of calcitic lime in replacement of limestone has aroused much interest in many countries. This paper briefly describes the studies of pressure hydration, the equipments employed and the relevant process parameters. Experimental injection with pressure hydrate, slaked lime and quick lime shows that the pressure hydrate is the most reactive adsorbent for SO_2 removal.
