摘要
目的探讨KAI1和E-Cadherin在食管癌中的表达及其意义。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测KAI1和E-cadherin蛋白在60例食管癌及对应的食管正常黏膜组织中的表达情况。结果在食管鳞癌组织中KAI1表达(50%)显著低于食管正常黏膜组织(81.67%)(P<0.01)。食管正常组织中E-cadherin表达(80%)显著高于癌组织(41.67%)(P<0.01)。KAI1低表达与食管癌病理分级、淋巴结转移及食管癌浸润深度无关(P>0.05);E-cadherin低表达与食管癌病理分级、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与食管癌浸润深度无关(P>0.05);两者表达皆与食管癌的大体分型无关(P>0.05)。KAI1与E-cadherin表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论E-cad-herin的低表达与食管癌的淋巴结转移有关;KAI1低表达未见对食管癌浸润转移的影响;两者无协同作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of KAI1 and E-cadherin in esophageal carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expression levels of KAI1 and E-eadherin proteins were determined by immunohistochemical analysis(S-P method) in 60 cases with esophageal carcinoma and 60 cases of normal esophageal tissues. Results The expression levels of KAII were significantly lower in esophageal carcinoma(50% ) than that in normal tissues(80%) (P 〈 0.01 ). The positive rate of E-cadherin in normal esophageal tissues(85.47%) was significantly higher than that in esophageal earcinoma tissues(41.67 % ) (P 〈 0.01 ). The low expression of KAI1 was not correlated with pathological grade ,lymph node metastasis and the invasion depth of esophageal carcinoma (P 〈 0.05). The low expression of E-cadherin was positively correlated with pathological grade and lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma( P 〈 0.05), but not correlated with the invasion depth of esophageal carcinoma ( P 〉 0.05). The expression of KAI1 and E-cadherin were neither correlated with the shape of esophageal carcinoma tissues( P 〉 0.05). The expression of KAI1 was not correlated with that of E-cadherin( P 〉 0.05) . Conclusions The low expression of E-cadherin were correlated with lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma;The low expression of KAI1 has no effect on the invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma;There is no cooperation between KAI1 and E-eadherin.
