肺癌所致血小板增多及临床意义

Thrombocytosis in Patients with Lung Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

目的探讨肺癌所致血小板增多及其与肺癌转移的关系。方法检测肺癌患者早中期和晚期两组的血小板数,并与正常人比较。结果肺癌早中期和晚期患者的血小板计数分别为(242.07±53.79)×109/L和(277.50±68.04)×109/L,均比正常人血小板计数(214.08±40.86)×109/L高,且晚期患者的血小板计数高于早中期患者。结论血小板与肺癌的发生、发展和转移有关,血小板增多可作为一个预后判断因素,抗血小板治疗是肺癌综合治疗所必须的。

Objective To explore thrombocytosis in patients with lung cancer and the relation of platelets and metastasis. Methods Platelets counts were detected respectively in patients with lung cancer in early-metaphase and afternoon, and compared with health people as control. Results Platelet counts in patients with lung cancer in early-metaphase and afternoon were respectively （242.07 ± 53.79） × 10^9/L and （277.50 ± 68.04） ×10^9/L,they were both higher than that in health people as control （214.08 ± 40.86） × 10^9/L, and that in afternoon patients with lung cancer was higher than that in early-metaphase. Conclusions There was a close relationship between platelets and lung cancer, thrombocytosis may be used as a prognostic reference indication in patients with lung cancer, so anti-platelet treatment is prerequisite to the patients with lung cancer in multidisciplinary synthetic therapy.
