城乡学龄儿童骨皮质发育的对比观察

The ComParative Observation of Skeletal Cortex Development on the Urban and Rural School-age Children

本文对7～18岁的1680名城乡健康中小学生二掌骨皮质发育水平进行了观察，同时对手腕骨骨龄均值城乡差异程度进行了比较。结果表明：男12～14岁、女11～15乡城市观察组二掌骨皮质厚度均值明显高于乡村组（P＜0．05）；男7～11岁、女7～10岁该指标城乡差别表现不够规律，男15～18岁、女16～18岁差别无规律性。男12～14岁、女11～16岁城市观察组二掌骨皮质指数均值明显高于乡村组（男P＜0．05，女P＜0．01），此年龄范围之前和以后差异则无规律。城乡学龄儿童的骨皮质发育差异与手腕骨骨龄差异表现出类同的趋势。

A total number of 1680 normal children aged 8 to 17 in theurban and rural area was studied. We observed the cortex development ofmetacarpal Ⅱ, whiIe we calculated the means of ske1etal age of metacarpalsand phalanges. The results show:①In the boys (12~14yrs ) and girls (11~15yrs ), the cortical tbickness mean yalues of metacarpal Ⅱ of the urbauchildren was obviously higher than that of the rural children (P<0.05 ).But in the boys (7~11yrs ) and girls (7~10yrs ), the difference of thatindex between urban and ruraI chiIdren was not enough regular. In theboys (15~18yrs ) and girls (16~18yrs ), the differences were irregu-lar. ②In the boys (12~14yrs ) and girIs (11~16yrs ), the cortical indexmean values of metacarpal Ⅱ of urban children were obviously higher thantbat of rural children (boys: P<0.05, girls: P<0.01 ). Before andafter that age range, the differences bctween urban and rural children wereirregular. In the urban and rural school-age children, the similar tendencyhad been showed between the difference of corticaI development and thedifferences of skeletal age mean values.
