摘要
目的:观察免疫增强剂甘露聚糖肽对口腔粘膜病患者淋巴细胞免疫活性的影响。秀法:采用^3H—TdR及^14C—UR渗入淋巴细胞标记法,体外培养,观察甘露聚糖肽对淋巴细胞DNA及RNA合成功能的影响。结果:低浓度甘露聚糖肽(1~10mg/L)可使淋巴细胞合成DNA及RNA功能增强;高浓度(30~100mg/L)作用相反。结论:甘露聚糖肽对ROU患者淋巴细胞的免疫功能的影响与剂量有关,随剂量增加而出现抑制性影响。
Objective: To observe the effects of mannan peptide on immunity of lymphocytes of patients with recurrent oral ulcer (ROU). Methods: The lymphocytes in the blood of patients with recurrent oral ulcer were collected and cultured in vitro. Then ^3H - TdR and ^14C - UR were introduced into these lymphocytes and the levels of DNA and RNA in these cells were determined. Results: Low dosage(1 to 10 mg/L) of mannan peptide promoted synthesis of DNA and RNA in the lymphocytes, but high dosage(30 to 100 mg/L) could not promote the synthesis of DNA and RNA as low dosage did and even inhibited their synthesis. Conclusion: The effectiveness of mannan peptide on immunity of lymphocytes of ROU patients is related with its dosage, but high dosage cannot increase efficiency.
