Excavation Design of Hangzhou Xifang-Jinxiu Jiangnan Project

杭州西房·锦绣江南基坑工程紧邻钱塘江，局部电梯井挖深较大，因此降水处理是设计的关键问题，本文介绍了降水设计及施工中管涌的处理，总结了特定土质特定开挖深度下基坑设计和施工的特点以及该注意的问题，以备同类基坑借鉴。

Hangzhou Xifang-Jinxiu Jiangnan excavation pit was close to Qiangtang River. Due to high permeability and some deep excavations in lifting wells, de-watering became a key issue in this project. The design method of de-watering and the treatment of sand piping were introduced in this paper. How to deal with this sort of problems in deep excavation in the certain circumstances was also summarized. The research in the paper can be a good reference for similar projects.
