摘要
采用浮选对低品位细脉型黑白钨矿石进行了选矿试验研究,试验结果表明:在原矿含WO30.23%、Mo0.018%、Cu0.013%的情况下,得到钨精矿品位63.31%、钨回收率86.64%,硫化矿含钼品位2.59%、钼回收率66.19%,含铜品位1.51%、铜回收率53.43%的技术指标,达到了有效回收钨和综合回收钼、铜的目的。
A flotation process for recovery of wolfram mineral from a low-grade tungsten ore in stringer vein was described in this article. Flotation results indicated that the crude ore contains WO30.23%, Mo0. 018% and Cu0. 013%, the wolfram concentrate obtained by the flotation process above mentioned contains WO363.31% with recovery of 86.64% ,and sulfide concentrate contains Mo2.59% and Cul. 51% with recovery of 66.19% and 53.43% respectively. The flotation process can recovery tungsten, molybdenum and copper effectively.
