影响三钢(新系统)烧结矿转鼓强度的若干因素研究

Exploration on the Factors that Influence the Intensity of Rotating Drum of Agglomerate of Sanming Iron and Steel Plant(New System)

在三钢目前原料条件下,详细阐述了影响130m2烧结机系统烧结矿转鼓强度的几个因素。提出了碱度、配碳量、返矿配比和抽风负压对烧结矿转鼓强度影响的几点结论性意见。

Under the conditions of raw material that the plant is currently provided with, some factors influencing the intensity of rotating drum of agglomerate of 130m^2 sintering machine system ore elaborated. Some conclusive suggestions on the influences of alkalinity, carbon charging rate, sinter return proportioning and negative pressure of main sintefing flue gas on the intensity of rotating drum of agglomerate are put forward in this paper.
