摘要
采用空心球塑性颜料/二氧化硅对原纸进行预涂,分析了塑性颜料用量对预涂层性能的影响。将增感剂L-271应用于热敏涂料中,探讨了增感剂用量对热敏层性能的影响。结果表明:随着塑性颜料用量增大,预涂层的不透明度从77.1%提高到79.8%,表面平滑度从173s下降到106s。增感剂L-271用量增大,热敏层的平滑度从288s增大到309s。而且增感剂的使用降低了发色体系熔点,提高了热敏层的发色敏感度及涂层反射光密度。当无色染料/显色剂/增感剂用量比为1∶3∶2时具有较好的静态发色特性及较高反射光密度。
Hollow sphere plastic pigment/silicon dioxide were used in pre-coating and the influence of the dosage of plastic pigment on the precoating performance was analyzed. High performance sensitizer L-271 was used in the heat sensitive coating and the influence of the dosage of the sensitizer on the thermal layer was investigated. The experimental results show that in the system of plastic pigment/silicon dioxide pigment, with the increase of the plastic pigment dosage, the opacity of the precoating increased from 77.1% to 79.8% and the surface smoothness (without calendering) decreased from 173s to 106s. With the increase of the dosage of the sensitizer L-271, the smoothness of the thermal layer increased from 288s to 309s. With the use of the sensitizer, the melting point of the color development system decreased and the color development susceptibility of the thermal layer and the reflection optical density of the coating increased. The static color development characteristics and reflection optical density were more preferable with the dosage ratio of leuco dye / color developer / sensitizer were at 1 : 3 : 2.
