高血压病与常见眼底病关系的探讨

On the relationship hetween hypertension and common fundus diseases

目的：探讨高血压病与常见眼底病之间的关系，为临床提供防治依据。方法：对３４６例常见眼底病患者的病案资料进行总结，包括视网膜中央静脉阻塞、视网膜中央动脉阻塞、缺血性视乳头病变、原发性视神经萎缩、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、糖尿病性视网膜病变和玻璃体积血一症。用相对数和卡方检验，对各眼底病同时患高血压病患者、高血压病发病年限、高血压病分期以及与眼病发病的关系进行统计分析。结果：视网膜中央动、静脉阻塞，缺血性视乳头病变以及玻璃体积血者患高血压病者较多；并且随患高血压病年限的延长发生上述眼病的比率明显升高，患高血压病１０年以上者更易出现上述眼疾；且Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压病患者所占比例较高。结论：高血压病是视网膜中央动、静脉阻塞、缺血性视乳头病变、玻璃体积血症以及糖尿病视网膜病变等眼底病发病的重要因素之一。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between hypertension and commonfundus diseases and provide the clinical foundation for preventing and treating common fundusdiseases.METHOD:we collected 346 cases of common fundus diseases includinf1 central retinalvein occlusion(CRVO),central retinal artery occlusion(CRAO),ischemic papillopathy,primaryoptic atrophy,central serous chorioretinopathy,diabetic retinopathy and vitreous hemorrage.Weuse relative number and X2 test to analyze statistically the numbers of very kind ofdiseases accom-panied by hypertension,and the number of those accompanied by hypetensions with differentstage and years,and the correlation of the disease with hypertension.RESULTS:In the cases ofCRVO,CRAO,ischemic papillopathy and vitreous hemorrhage,there are much more patientswith hypertension. The rates of fundus diseases increase obviously with lasting of hypertension。For the patients having had hypertension more than ten years, the above fundus diseases are veryeasy to occur.There are much more Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage hypertension patients in those fundus diseasesgroups.CONCLUSION:Hypertension is one of the important factors causing CRVO, CRAO.ischemic papillopathy,vitreous hemorrage and diabetic retinopathy.
