高校教师是科技、文化传播的主体。在国际权力东移的形势下,在中国和平崛起的历史时刻,在中国人国民意识不断增强的进程中,高校教师起着重要的作用,负有重要的社会职责。高校教师应该忠实地履行自己的社会职责,把握正确的政治方向,遵纪守法,用法律、法规和纪律约束自己的行为,尽可能预防假科学和伪科学的传播,与时俱进,通过自学和继续教育,不断提高自己的能力和素质,使高校教师体现出“大师、高德、优范”的风采,真正承担起认识世界,传承文明,创新理论,咨政育人,服务社会的神圣职责。

The university teachers are the important carrier and medium of technology and cultural dissemination. With the opportunity of the international power moves to the East and the progress of Chinese great national consciousness being strengthened gradually. The university teachers are playing the vital role and assume the social responsibility at the historical moment of Chinese peaceful rise and the University teachers should perform their own social responsibility loyally, hold the right political orientation, observe disciplines and law, use the law and rules and disciplines to restrict their behavior, try their best to prevent the pseudoscience, keep pace with modern times, and improve their own capability and quality by self learning and continue their education to show the society their elegant demeanour as tutors with good moral character who can set classical examples for the others, then to assume the holy duty： know about the world, spread and inherit our civilization, innovate the new theory, give the government some advice, teach the students and serve the society.
