摘要 以不同浓度Cd2+对黄瓜幼苗进行根部胁迫处理,研究了Cd2+对黄瓜幼苗叶片相对膜透性、丙二醛(M DA)含量,以及过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及其同工酶的影响。结果表明,Cd2+处理黄瓜幼苗,可使叶片相对质膜透性增大,M DA含量提高,POD和CAT的活性明显上升,POD和CAT同工酶组成发生较大的变化。 The effects of different concentrations of Cd^2+stress on the relative plasma permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA), peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT) and their isozymes in cumuber leaves were studied by using sand culture. The results showed that Cd^2+stress increased plasma permeability and MDA contents, promoted activities of POD and CAT obviously, as well as leaded the larger changes in components of POD and CAT isozymes in cumuber leaves.
