摘要
在工程项目实施过程中,往往出现进度偏离原计划状态,为了预测实际进度与计划进度的偏差值,采取措施及时调整,确保项目顺利实施。本文根据灰色系统预测中的数列预测理论,对工程进度偏差预测进行分析,以便及时采取措施,使对工期的影响降到最低程度。
The construction progress sometime deviates the original plan in the project construction.The measure is adopted for forecasting the deviation of practical progress and plan progress and assuring project implement.The paper analyses the forecast of project progress deviation based on the forecast theory of ordered series of numbers in the array system forecast to adopt the measure for reduce the influence to the project.
