摘要
针对目前钻杆螺纹缺陷检测方法存在的问题,提出用角度可调式超声波斜探头来检测钻杆螺纹缺陷的方法,并开发出钻杆螺纹缺陷检测装置。该装置利用计算机系统的功能,对接收到的回波波形先完成模数转换,再执行数字化处理,实时显示数字化的回波波形,同时具有记录、存储、计算分析能力,还可与计算机联机实现通讯及打印输出。现场应用表明,钻杆螺纹缺陷检测装置能够适应非开挖穿越现场及油田钻井现场工况,检测结果重复性好,装置性能稳定可靠。
In consideration of the problems existed in defect detection of drillpipe threads, it is proposed that a method for detecting the drillpipe thread defects by using deviated ultrasonic probe with its angle being adjustable and an apparatus for detecting the defects of drillpipe threads is developed. In the apparatus, computer functions are used to implement the modulus conversion for the received back wavesand then numerical process is made on them, and the numerical back waveform is real-time displayed, also it has the capacity of recording, storage, calculation and analysis and can also be on-line with computer for communication and printing out of output. The field application indicates that the apparatus can be adapted for conditions of nonopened crossing-through fields and oilfield drilling operation. The detection result has good repeatability, and the apparatus is stable in application.
