Approaches to Building-up and Perfecting Modern Enterprise System of the State-owned Mining Enterp Rises

分析了国有煤炭企业建立现代企业制度过程中存在的四大问题,并针对存在的问题,按照现代企业制度的要求,指出了解放思想、大胆创新;面对现实,克服弊端;转换职能,强化公司法人治理结构;引进投资主体,实现股权多元化、分散化、全流通等各种建立和完善煤炭企业现代企业制度的有效途径。

This article analyses four problems existing in the modern enterprise system of the state - ownea mining enterprises. In order to solve these problems, the author, proposes that the modern enterprise system entails to emancipate the mind, overcome the disadvantages, transform the functions, strengthen the management of legalpersons, and achieve multi - stock fights, which are the efficient approaches to build up and perfect modern enterprise system of the state - owned mining enterprises.
