摘要
旨在验证临床应用普鲁卡因封闭对神经的保护作用。方法:对32根周围神经,其中神经移位术选用的动力神经18根,损伤后行神经吻合的14根。在术中用普鲁卡因封闭神经,并在封闭前后进行电生理监测。结果:普鲁卡因封闭后被检神经的体感诱发电位(SEP)的潜伏期(Lat),比封闭前延长15.3%,(波幅(Amp))降低18.5%。神经封闭后SEP的潜伏期延长和波幅降低,与封闭前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。28.1%的神经(9/32)经普鲁卡因封闭后,SEP完全消失。结论:普鲁卡因封闭可阻断或减轻有害神经的刺激冲动,对神经元有明显保护作用。
In orde. to evaluate the protective effect of procaine blatlcing to nerve clianically . Electrophysi- ological examinations before and after procaine blocking were done in 32 nerves during operation, eighteen of which were donor nerves used to be transferred and fourteen were impaired ones .After procaine blocking the latency of SEP ( somatosensory evoked potentials )lengthened by 15 . 3 % and the amplitude lowered by 18 . 5 % . Compared with that before bloclcing, the difference were signficant ( P < 0 . 01 , p < 0 . 05 ) . The waves of SEP disappeared after procaine blocking in some cases ( 28 . 1 % , 9/ 32 ) . It is concluded that procaine blocking prevented conduction of harmful impulses and protected the nerve neurons .
