摘要
对尺神经主干的血供进行解剖学研究,以提供临床作吻合血管的尺神经移植时参考。方法:在22侧成人尸体标本上观测尺神经外部血供情况。另用墨汁灌注一侧新鲜成人尸体上肢,对尺神经内部微血管结构,进行了观测分析。结果:臂部尺神经营养动脉平均为2.3支,走行长度5.1mm,起始处外径0.5mm,入神经处外径0.3mm。前臂部尺神经营养动脉平均为6.5支,走行长度7.0mm,起始处外径0.4mm,入神经处外径0.2mm。结论:尺神经外部血供来源分为伴行型和直入型。临床应用时应切取营养血管的来源动脉,即与神经伴行的知名动脉。
The blood supply of the ulnar nerve was investigated to provide information for clinical usage of vascularized ulnar nerve graft. Red latex was injected into 22 upper limbs of adult cadavers on one side,while ink was injected into the other side, the gross and micro-vasculatures of the ulnar nerve were observed respec- tively . The average number of nutritious arteries was 2 . 3 in the upper arm with average length of 5 . 1 mm, av- erage diameter 0 . 5mm at the beginning and 0 . 3mm at the ending . In the forearm the average nurnber was 6 . 5 with average leatgth of 7 .0mm, average diatneter 0 . 4mm at the begitnning and 0 . 2mm at the ending . Two pattems of blood supply were observed , companionate pattern and direct entrance pattern . The compan- ion artery of the ulnar nerve should be harvested with the nerve in grafting ,
