Experimental study on the use of Poly-Carboxymethylcellalose in in peripheral verve repair

摘要 研究高分子纤维素防止神经粘连的作用。方法:将鼠的坐骨神经切断吻合后置于不同的组织床,于术后2、4、6.8周行肉眼观察;第8周行光镜、电镜、轴突图象分析,电生理及腓肠肌湿重检查。结果表明:高分子纤维素(Poly- Carboxymethylcellaose PCMC)膏剂在瘢痕床上的使用可有效地防止瘢痕对修复段神经的压迫、粘连及固定。结论:术中使用高分子纤维素有利于修复神经的再生及患肢的早期活动。 SD rats were used as animal models. The sciatic nerves Were cut and repaired,laid on differ- ent beds. The specimens were observed under optical and electron microscopes, the gastrocomius muscles wet weight were measured, and electrophysiological examination was done at 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after operation. The results showed the PCMC plaster used in the scar tissue bed could improrve the environtnent of regeneration of the repaired nerves, reduce scar adhesion and pressure to nerves, and increase nerve excursion, Its intraoperative use is beneficial to nerve regeneration and early movement of the limbs. and is superior to silicone tube
