不同时期失神经后远端神经干及中枢神经元退变量化分析 被引量:14

Quantitative analysis of nerve fascles/trunks and motineurons after denervation

摘要 研究神经损伤后,远端神经束退变和结缔组织增生以及失神经后中抠前角运动神经元存活情况。方法:选用新西兰种兔30只,将其分为正常对照组,切断神经后1、3、6和9个月组共5组。采用计算机图象分析系统测量腓总神经远端各神经束所占面积和神经干所占面积。另外选用种兔6只,待神经损伤6、9和12个月后,将20%辣根过氧化酶注入正常侧和损伤侧神经近端,每组2只。结果:失神经后1、3、6、9个月组,纤维结缔组织平均增长分别为19.8%,42.2%,47.9%和49.1%。伤后6、9、和12个月,损伤侧运动神经元标记为正常侧的49%,45%和51%,结论:神经损伤后,远端神经于纤维结缔组织在3个月内增生最明显。腓总神经损伤后晚期,中枢神经元约有50%存活。 Thirty New Zealand rabbits were divided into five groups at one, three, six and nine months after denervatio. and another one served as control , with six rabbits in each group . Computer image analysis was used to quantitatively calculate the denervated fascicles /trunk ratio of peroneal nerves in order to study the degenerarive changesof nerves . In another six rabbits 20 % horseradish peroxidase ( HRP) was injected into the proximal nerve stump and normal contralateral side at the same level at 6 . 9 and 1 2 months with 2 rabbits in each group . The results showed that the fibrous tissue in distal nerve trunk increased by 19 . 8% , 42 . 2 % , 47,9% , and49.1% after1.3.6amd9monthsofdenervationrespectively. Thelabeledmntoneuronrattroof denervated and normal side was49% , 45 % and 51 % after 6.9 and 12 months respectively. It is suggesed the fibrous tissue proliferate most rapidly within 3 months in degetnerated nerves. About 50% central neurons sur- vived in late period of nerve injury .
