Effect of internal neurolysis on chronically compressed peripheral nerves

摘要 评估神经内松解术对周围神经卡压的效果。方法:将大鼠坐骨神经卡压12周后,分别采用单纯减压、神经内松解、神经内松解加地塞米松等3种方法手术。于术后第4、8、12周作神经电生理检测,组织形态学观察。结果显示:内松解术组的电生理指标,神经纤维的直径、数目。 In order to evaluate the effects of internal neurolysis on compressed peripheral nerves, the sciatic nerve in 36 Wistar rats compressed,.for 12 weeks were treated with simple decompression, internal neurolysis and internal neurolysis with use of dexamethasone. Electrophysiologic and histologic assessment were carried out at 4,8 and 12 weeks postoperatively. The results showed that the electrophysiological indices, the diameter and the myelin sheath thickness of regenerating nerve fibers, the degree of the connective tissue decreasing were much better in internal neurolysis group that those in simple decompression group. The results indicated that internal neurolysis could effectively improve the histologic picture and electrophysiologic parameters.
