食管鳞状细胞癌Fas、FasL蛋白表达及意义 被引量：1

摘要 采用免疫组织化学技术检测50例手术切除、病理证实的食管鳞状细胞癌组织F as及F asL蛋白表达。结果26.0%的标本有F as蛋白表达,68.0%的标本有F asL蛋白表达。F as蛋白表达与食管癌的病理分级有关,与临床分期和淋巴结转移无关;F asL蛋白表达与食管癌的病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关。
