摘要
为了制备间接电氧化合成菲醌的氧化剂Cr2O72-,对硫酸铬电解氧化反应进行了实验研究,考察了电流密度、电解时间、反应温度及硫酸含量对电解效率的影响。通过实验得出:在隔膜电解槽中,采用Pb作阴极,Pb-PbO2作阳极,Cr3+电氧化的最佳条件是反应时间4 h,电解液中硫酸浓度30%,电流密度67 mA/cm2,所得Cr2O72-收率为95%左右。
The electro-oxidation of chromium salts was studied and the conditions of electrolysis reaction were discussed. The influences of current density, electrolysis time, reaction temperature, concentration of sulfuric acid were investigated in this paper. The experimental results showed the optimum processing condition using Pb as cathode and PbO2 as anode: reaction time 4 h, concentration of sulfuric acid in electrolyte 30% and current density 67 mA/cm^2, the Cr2O7^2- yield is 95%.
