摘要
以KClO3/HNO3(质量分数68%)的混合体系为氧化剂,通过氧化2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(TNT)得到有机中间体2,4,6-三硝基苯甲酸(TNBA)。对影响实验收率的因素进行了讨论,得到了较优的工艺条件:反应温度75℃,反应时间1.5 h,n(KClO3)∶n(TNT)=4∶1,浓HNO3用量40 mL(以0.05 mol TNT为基准),收率达88%。
2,4,6 trinitrobenzoic acid, an organic intermediate, was prepared by oxidized TNT using the mixture system of KClO3/ HNO3(68%)as oxidation. The factors that influence the yield of TNBA were argued and a better synthetic condition was obtained. The results showed that the reaction at 75℃ for 1.5 h, molar ratio of KC1O3 to TNT was 4:1, the HNO3 dose 40 mL, the yield of 2,4,6 trinitrobenzoic acid reached 88%.
