摘要
采用D/max-3BX射线衍射仪分析了碳分α-Al(OH)3粉体在200℃~1500℃煅烧过程中的物相转变,研究了煅烧产物的比表面积、安息角、松装密度、有效密度、折光率、白度、灼减等物理化学性质的变化,该成果已在化学品氧化铝生产中得到应用。
The phase transfommtion of carbon alpha-Al(OH)3 powder in the calcine process between 200 ℃ -1 500 ℃ was analyzed using D/Max-3BX beam diffraction meter. The physic-chemical properties change, such as the relative surface area, the rest angle, the loose density, the effective density, the refraction index, the albedo and bum reduces were studied in this paper. This achievement had been used in the chemical aluminum oxide production.
