长时间失血性休克大鼠肾脏糖皮质激素受体与磷酯酶A2改变及意义

摘要 用放射配体分析法,研究长时间失血性休克大鼠肾脏组织糖皮质激素受体(GR)变化并检测磷酯酶A2(PLA2)变化。结果显示:休克2小时后,GR的最大结合容量(R0)开始下降,并随休克时间延长而继续下降,于8小时后,GR的R0仅为对照组的21%。对糖皮质激素(GC)的亲和力也下降。同时肾脏PLA2上升,与GR的R0下降呈负相关(r=0.71.P<0.05)。说明GR功能下降所致受体水平GC功能不全对长时间失血性休克的发生、发展及与休克后肾功能损害可能有关。 The glucocorticoid receptor(GR) of renal cytosol was determined in the long period hemorrhagic shock rats.Meanwhile,phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2) of renal tissue were tested.The results showed that 2 hours after shock,R 0 of GR decreased with the prolongation of shock.8 hours after shock,R 0 of GR was 21% of the control.The affinity to GC was decreased.Renal PLA 2 as an response index of GR was increased and the incrcase of PLA 2 was negatively correlated with the decrease of the Ro of GR.It is indicated that the dysfunction of GR might be related to the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic shock.
