摘要
建立了测定维C银翘片中绿原酸和甘草酸含量的RP-HPLC法,本法线性关系良好,绿原酸的平均回收率为101.4%,RSD为2.68%;甘草酸的平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为2.80%.方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于维C银翘片的质量控制和评价.
To establish a method of RP-HPLC for determination of chlorogenic acid and glycyrrhizic acid in vitamin C Yinqiao tablet . The linear relation was good. The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 101.4% ,RSD, 2.68% ; the average recovery of glycyrrhizic acid was 98.2%,RSD, 2.80%. The method is simple, accurate , reliable and can be applied to the quality control of the tablets.
