摘要
为了保证漂染质量,需对漂染过程中的升温、保温、加水、排水等过程进行严格的控制。根据功能要求,采用基于89C52的单片机,通过数据采集、定时的设计以及状态控制达到控制温度和时间的目的;并且编写控制程序,完成硬、软件设计。结果证明,把单片机应用于漂染业,具有稳定可靠、体积小和价格低廉等优点,同时也能达到满意的控制效果。
To ensure the dyeing quality process of heating , heat preservation, watering and draining should be controlled strictly. Based on the requirement of function, a microchip of 89C52 with peripheral circuit is used to perform data acquisition, timing design and state control to control the system. Programme is also complied . The result proves that applying of microchip in dyeing has many advantages such as stability , economy of space and low cost. Besides, the control effect is also satisfying.
