摘要
通过双质体振动给料机的实验,测得空载与负载振幅的变化,代入振幅关于物料质量及物料阻尼在空载处展开的泰勒级数中,求得物料结合系数,将物料结合系数绘制成关于抛掷指数的变化曲线,并且与理论计算的结果比较,得到工程上具有指导意义的结论。
The tests of double - mass vibratory feeder provide changes in amplitude with and without load. Based on it, material combination coefficient is worked out and the coefficient curve is plotted. The results are compared with the theoretical ones and the conclusions are given, which is helpful for actual applications.
