摘要
转矩脉动是电动机输出转矩波动较大的一种现象,与正弦波电机相比,由于开关磁阻电机的双凸极结构,它的转矩脉动非常大。开关磁阻电机的单相绕组的磁场分布以及转矩—电流—转子位置角的特性曲线都决定了在电机运行期间转矩脉动的数量。在抑制SRM转矩脉动方面的研究主要是从电机设计和电机控制两个方面进行展开,主要对转矩脉动的起源以及各种消除转矩脉动的方法进行了详细阐述,并结合当前最新的发展趋势进行了介绍。偏重于从电机控制角度来研究转矩脉动的抑制方法。
The torque ripple in switched reluctance motors are relatively higher compared to sinusoidal machines due to the doubly salient structure of the motor. The magnetization distribution of single phases togeth- er with the T-i-θ characteristic of the motor determine the amount of torque ripple during operation. Minimizing the torque ripple is implemented in both machine design and electric control approaches, this paper introduced the origin of torque ripple and the approaches adapted to minimize the torque over the past decade years, the new trend in the future. This paper mainly emphasizes the control strategy to minimize the torque ripple.
