摘要
介绍了变频器主/从功能在实际生产中的应用。它解决了多台电机驱动一台设备的功率平衡问题,使传动方式和每台电机的载荷分配更趋于合理,同时能对正在运行中的多台电机实行实时监控,并对运行中的功率不平衡做到及时调节,而且操作简单、直观。同时还介绍了一些必要的参数设置。该技术现己成功地应用在安徽海螺集团。
The application of main/auxiliary function of converter in practical production is introduced. It resolves the problems of power balance in multiple motor driving single equipment. The transmission mode and load distribution of each motor is more reasonably. At the same time, this method could realize the real-time monitoring to several motors at work and could adjust the imbalance of motor. Operation is simple and direct. In the mean time, some parameter settings of necessity is introduced. Nowadays, the above technology has been successfully applied in Conch Group.
