摘要 利用某大型有限元软件模拟了管材回转牵引式弯曲的变形过程,弯管内外侧壁厚变形与试验测定值基本相符。有限元模拟结果显示,弯管内外侧壁厚应变比较均匀,弯曲切点以外的直管部分也产生了一定程度的壁厚变化。等效应力较大值集中在靠近已弯曲成形侧的终止端部位,已弯曲成形的管壁仍存在较小的应力,而弯曲起始端作为应力传递区,局部存在较大等效应力。 One large-scale finite-element method (FEM) software was used to simulate the deformation process of rotary-pull type pipe bending. The results of the deformation of inside and outside wall thickness of the bent Pipe are basically conformed to test values. The results of the simulation also reveals that the strain of inside and outside wall thickness of the bent pipe is relatively even and to some extent changes the wall thickness around the straight pipe section out of the bending tangency point. The greater equivalent stress centers around the terminal end of the bent section of the pipe and also partially exists around the beginning end of bending which works as the stress transferring area. A little stress is still found in the bent pipe wall.
