介绍了整体锡林的齿片制造工艺,在模具上实现弯圆、冲压复合的连续模的难度在于本身涵盖了多项知识点,仅有模具技能还无法奏效,需要多领域技术来解决。通过认真研究齿形解决了问题的关键。
The technique for manufacturing the tooth slice of integral cylinder was introduced. The difficulty of completing integral roundness-bending and punching in a die should be coped with comprehensive knowledge. The key problem was resolved after a detailed study on the shape of tooth.
