带滚珠丝杠脱模及滚珠斜楔拉模定距装置的注射模

Injection mould with ball screw stripping and ball bearing and ta-pered wedge fixed-distance pull off mechanism

在螺塞注射模具设计中,采用了滚珠丝杠脱模装置和滚珠、斜楔拉模、定距联合装置,利用滚珠、螺母、丝杠及齿轮传动自动拧出螺纹塑件,实现塑件自动脱模;利用滚珠、斜楔、滑块机构拉开定模板和浇口板并控制其拉开距离,从而达到自动生产目的。

An integrated unit of ball screw stripping, ball bearing tapered wedge and fixed-distance pull off was adopted in the design of injection mould for screw plug. Automatic stripping of plastic part was realized by the use of ball bearing, screw nut, screw rod and gear drive to screw out the thread products. Automation production was achieved by applying ball bearing, tapered wedge and slide block mechanism to pull off the fixed mould plate and gating plate, and control the pull off distance.
