摘要
通过对饮水机水嘴的工艺分析,设计了1模2腔的注射模。在模具中设计了圆锥螺纹脱模机构、液压侧抽芯机构、浇注系统和其他结构的设计,介绍了模具工作过程。模具解决了水嘴外螺纹和阶梯孔成型,还解决了侧抽芯与塑件脱离型腔的动作顺序。在实际应用中模具动作平稳可靠,生产的塑件质量符合设计和使用要求。
A two-cavity injection mould for potable water machine tap was designed on the basis of the analysis on the forming process of the tap. The mechanism of demolding through taper screw thread, side core-pulling through hydraulic pressure, and feeding system, etc was designed, and the working process was introduced. The orderly operation of side core-pulling and stripping of component was realized and the formation of outside thread and shoulder hole was achieved. The mould is stable and reliable in running, and the result is desirable.
