摘要
介绍了FA224型梳棉机的技术和结构特征,叙述了试纺中采用的配棉方案、工艺流程和工艺条件。成纱质量测试结果表明,该机在产量高于A186F型梳棉机条件下,纱线质量也优于A186F型机。
This paper introduces the technical and structral characteristics of carding machine FA224, described the cotton assorting scheme, carding process flow and processing conditions in its test spinning. The result of yarn forming quality testing shows that FA224 can produce higher quality yarn with more productivity than A186F.
