摘要
本文用苯并芘[B(a)P]在体外转化中国仓鼠肺细胞(V79)在一定剂量范围内,转化灶数与苯并芘剂量呈正相关,在苯并芘0.5μg/ml时,达最高值25.67±4.51灶/104细胞。在细胞发生形态转化的同时,细胞性质发生恶性变,能在软琼脂中生长。本模型方法简便、快速、条件易于控制,可作为体外肺癌研究的一个较理想模型。
An in vitro transformation of Chinese hamster lung cell line(V79)was establishedby using benzo(α)pyrene. The study demonstrated that transformation foci were distinct andcountable. In certain dose range,the number of foci was directly dose dependent.At 0.5μg/ml of benzo(α)pyrene,the number of foci raised to 25.67±4.51 foci/104 malignant cells,Thetransformed V79 cell,its character deteriorated and could grow in soft agar.Thus,it rnay be apromising model for lung tumor study in vitro.
