摘要
报告５２例输尿管狭窄致肾积水患者行超声引导下经皮肾盂穿刺造影检查的结果。全部病例均经手术和病理检查证实。Ｂ超单独诊断符合率为７６．９％（４０／５２），造影单独诊断符合率为９２．３％（４８／５２），Ｂ超联合造影诊断符合率为９６．２％（５０／５２），本文对输尿管狭窄引起肾积水的声像图及Ｘ线影像特征进行了对比分析。结论认为，对疑诊尿管狭窄致肾积水者．Ｂ超引导下经皮肾盂穿刺造影是最优越的方法。
Ultrasound-guided percutenous pyeloureterography(USGPPUG)was performed in fifty-two cases of ureterustenosis with hydronephrosis.The diagnosis was confirmed by operation and pathology in all cases.The accuracy rate of ultrasonography was76.9% (40/52)pyelouretergraphy was 92.3%(48/52)and ultrasonography combined with pyeloureterography was 96.2%(50/52).The imaging characteristics of ultrasonography and pyeloureterography in ureterostenosis were compared and analyzed.It is suggested that USGPPUG is useful in the diagnosis of ureterostenosis with hydronephrosis.
