简论现行人民币汇率制度

On Present Renminbi Rate System

建立健全符合我国国情的汇率体制,保持人民币汇率在合理、均衡水平上的基本稳定,是改革人民币汇率的总体目标。通过对“钉住美元”的汇率制度与参考“货币篮子”的比较,从理论上探讨我国人民币汇率制度改革的基本方向。

Establishing and improving the rate system being in line with the condition of our country and maintaining Renminbi rate stability at a rational and balanced lever is the overall objective of Renminbi rate reform. The article inquires into theoretically the basic direction of Renminbi rate system＇s reform through comparing the rate system of ＂pegging to the dollar＂ with the reference of ＂currency basket＂.
