摘要
本文研究维生素E抗B超辐照早孕大鼠的仔鼠神经行为致畸的效应。40只受孕Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:B超加维生素E(VE),B超,VE组及空白组。观察仔鼠神经行为致畸指标。结果表明.活胎数、体重、体格发育、早期反射及感觉功能、运动和协调功能、学习和记忆等B超组与空白组间、B超加VE组与B超组间比较有不同程度的显著性差异,提示VE对20分钟诊断剂量超声辐射早孕大鼠所致仔鼠神经行为致畸有一定的干预效应。
Forty pregnant wistar rats were divided to 4 groups randomly;20 minuted ultrasonud irradiation on 5 th day of gesation+Vit.E,ulurasound irradiation,Vit.E,and control group.Trere were significant difference in the number of alive fetus,body weight,development status,early reflexes,sensation,movement, coordination.learning and memory between ultrasound irradiation+Vit.E and ultrasound inrediation and control group and between ultrasund inradiation group.It is suggested that Vit.E has antagonistic effect on neurobehavioral teratogenesis of rat offspring after ultrasound irradiation of the pregnant rat.
