精神对国民经济活动的作用力不是自然而然的,它需要国家对“经济精神”的科学认识,也就是说,在什么条件下、以什么方式和手段看待经济精神作用力。这就是我们常说的“对‘意识’的意识”。如何认识意识这种客观性存在,有意识、自觉地发挥精神对经济发展的作用,是经济发展所要面对的重要课题。

Namely, under what condition, and with what way and means we should treat the effect of the spirit of economy in economic development. This is what we usually say. on consciousness of consciousness. We must face such important question in economical area as to understand consciousness＇ objectivity and consciously use its effect in economic development.
