胰腺肿瘤的放射性核素诊断

摘要 胰腺肿瘤危害大,但因结构、位置原因诊断有一定难度。核素显像诊断胰腺肿瘤可分为胰腺显像和肿瘤阳性显像两类。前者显示胰腺,肿瘤表现为放射性缺失,优点是通过胰腺显影了解胰腺本身信息协助诊断,缺点是阳性率和特异性稍差;后者利用特殊显像剂显示肿瘤代谢和受体、抗原异常,阳性率及特异性高,但条件要求高。图像不易判读。与临床及其他影像技术结合互补,是用核素显像提高胰腺肿瘤诊断水平的重要条件。 Abstract Diagnosis of Pancreatic tumors might be difficult in some cases because of location of the gland. Nuclear medicine offers twoways for the detection of the tumor. Pancleatic imaging outlines Pancreas while tumors displayed as defect(s); and tumorimaging using special tracers could specifically reveal the tumors as hot spots. With both advantages as well as disadvantages,radionuclide imaging would be more of value if used properly and complimented with clinical and CT, MRI and Ultrasoundfindings.
